The hotel is located next to the train station. Additionally, it is within walking distance of several US Kasernes, which makes this a good hotel for a PCS. The rooms met expectations but were not exceptional. The breakfast was also good but not exceptional. The hotel staff was nice. There are some parks within walking distance if you have kids with you.

Breakfast was good. A wide choice of tasty food, fresh fruit juices and delicious coffees. Due to a misunderstanding, no cleaning had taken place in the morning. When we returned to the room in the evening, the towels had not been changed and the beds had not been made. the employee at the desk arranged clean towels, etc. very quickly. compliments!

Very cozy and just what we needed for a nights stay. Although we had to pay for breakfast it was well worth it; they had a variety of selections and the convenience of not having to leave was awesome. We would stay here again.

I honestly have no idea why there are bad reviews! The location was great! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the AC was better than any AC I've seen in European hotels. We will be back for sure!

The room is very adequate, more like a hotel than a B&B or hostel. What was really amazing was the possibility of automatic check-in with a code. The train (thank you Deutsche Bahn) had hours of delay, but I could enter the hotel and my room without any problems. Really good!

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. Located very close to the train station, on a busy road, I thought that I was going to be noisy but the room was really really quiet (as long as the window was closed of course). The room was very clean and very well equipped and the staff very helpful and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

The employees were very professional and greeted me warmly. The employees seemed to be be doing a lot of work. They were great and needed help or a raise. Be proud of them.
